About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Content & Design Executive to support Clair’s marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content on the factory floor, designing marketing collateral, and supporting exhibitions, product launches, dealer communication, and branding activities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Visit our Noida factory (sector 155) to capture photos and videos of products, manufacturing processes, testing, R&D, events, and team activities.
- Create a content bank for social media, website, PR, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture content at exhibitions, dealer meets, customer visits, and company events.
Design & Marketing Collateral
Design and update:
- Product brochures & catalogues
- Flyers & pamphlets
- Product datasheets
- Sales presentations
- Exhibition creatives
- Standees, posters & banners
- WhatsApp and email creatives
- Packaging adaptations for new products
Video Editing
- Create reels, short videos, product videos, event highlights, and factory walkthroughs.
- Edit content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and website use.
Marketing Support
- Support product launches and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with external agencies by providing content and creative assets.
- Assist with website banners and digital marketing creatives.
Skills Required
- Canva
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Premiere Pro / CapCut
- Photography & Videography
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or marketing.
- Comfortable travelling between Gurugram and Noida.
- Self-driven, creative, and execution-oriented.
- Experience with manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or B2B brands is a plus.
