About The Role Metra Australia is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our growing business. This remote position is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with strong website, digital marketing, and UI/UX design skills who can help enhance our online presence and customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Australian team to deliver marketing campaigns, improve website performance and usability, and create engaging content that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Maintain and update company websites
Design and implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates
Create website wireframes, landing pages, and customer journey maps
Coordinate website design, functionality, and content updates
Create and schedule content for social media platforms
Design marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content
Assist with SEO and website optimisation initiatives
Monitor and report on marketing performance and website analytics
Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Skills & Experience
Experience in digital marketing and campaign management
Strong UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of website or application projects
Website Management Experience (WordPress Preferred)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Understanding of user-centred design principles and customer journey mapping
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website performance optimisation
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
Experience with social media management platforms
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
