Role Overview

KAIROS Pulse is looking for a hands-on Marketing AI Technologist to lead the development of AI-powered marketing and sales automation solutions for B2B technology companies.

The role requires deep expertise in LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and productizing AI solutions into customer-facing tools with intuitive UI/UX. You will help build AI-powered marketing intelligence, automation, and campaign optimization products specifically for telecommunications, networking, and enterprise technology sectors.

This is a builder role – not just architecture. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions and turn them into scalable SaaS or productized services.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Product Development

• Define and lead KAIROS Pulse’s AI product and services roadmap
• Build AI-powered marketing automation agents for:
• Lead generation
• Campaign personalization
• Content creation
• Market research
• Sales enablement
• Customer/competitive intelligence
• Convert internal AI workflows into client-facing products

AI Engineering & Architecture

• Build and deploy solutions using LLM frameworks and APIs
• Develop AI agents and autonomous workflows
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Build scalable backend infrastructure for AI services

Productization

• Convert AI solutions into public-facing products
• Work with designers to build simple, intuitive UI/UX
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security

Technology Leadership

• Select and evaluate AI platforms and model providers
• Establish AI development standards
• Ensure AI sovereignly and data compliance
• Mentor internal team members

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Claude / Anthropic
• OpenAI / GPT models
• Gemini
• Open source models (Llama, Mistral)
• RAG architectures
• AutoGPT / agent frameworks
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

Engineering

• Python development
• API integrations

AI Product Development

Experience building:

UI / Product Skills

• Ability to convert AI capability into usable product experiences

Preferred Experience

• Experience building AI tools for marketing or sales

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of Sales processes and experience supporting sales and channel partners with tools, content, and enablement materials.
• Familiarity with B2B technology markets and SaaS or enterprise solutions is highly beneficial.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and basic data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
