We’re looking for a Marketing, Events & Social Media Manager to help grow the CIPS brand across India. This varied and rewarding role combines digital marketing, content creation, social media management, communications and event delivery.

You’ll play an important role in increasing brand visibility, engaging members and supporting the growth of qualifications, training programmes and professional networks throughout India.

No two days will be the same. One day you could be planning a major industry event, and the next you could be creating content that reaches thousands of professionals across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow CIPS social media channels across India
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, campaigns and communications
• Support the planning and delivery of webinars, networking events and conferences
• Assist with marketing campaigns promoting CIPS qualifications and initiatives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, volunteers and partners
• Support public relations activities and brand awareness initiatives
• Ensure all communications align with global brand standards
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

The Person

• Experience in marketing, digital communications or a similar role
• Strong content creation and social media management skills
• Experience coordinating events and managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The confidence to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
