Key job responsibilities

• Design and implement promotions and cashback initiatives across different categories on Fresh to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Developing store-wide promotions and working closely with traffic, merch and category team to schedule and execute them
• Developing, testing and analyzing new promotion constructs to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organization. Experimenting & optimizing promotion constructs to increase overall business impact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create engaging promotion experience for events (such as SVD, Prime Day or Jupiter).
• Configuring promotions targeted across target cohorts, managing project execution, testing ideas, creating campaigns, analyzing data, solving problems.
• Analyze performance results to drive improvements in the program. Use data to understand customer behavior and inform new projects. Constantly deriving learning from campaigns/promotions across different cohorts, establishing best practices and efficient processes.
• Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on projects and take relevant action on insights gained.
• Partner and coordinate with product team to launch tests and campaigns
• Audit monthly/quarterly spends, monitor effectiveness and provide insights on gap to goal
• This role requires a high degree of stakeholder management and provides exposure across departments.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with data analysis and basic Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, image editing software, SQL)
• Atleast 1+ year(s) in designing Customer facing eCommerce stores and managing multiple competing priorities to provide the best outcomes
