Marketing Executive – Exhibitions, Events & Social Media Full Time

• Coordinate with exhibition organizers for stall booking, documentation, vendor guidelines, utilities, and event-related approvals.
• Manage complete exhibition planning and execution for domestic and international events.
• Coordinate with stall design vendors for booth concepts, artwork development, revisions, and final design approvals.
• Ensure timely execution of booth fabrication, branding materials, giveaways, and event deliverables.
• Handle seminar, webinar, customer meet, and roadshow coordination from planning to execution.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing materials, brochures, standees, giveaways, and promotional items.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Finance team for PO processing, vendor payments, advances, and settlement of exhibition/event expenses.
• Manage vendor follow-ups for fabrication, printing, gifting, branding, and event services.
• Coordinate with travel desk for hotel bookings, visa support, flights, local transport, and stay arrangements for team members during events and exhibitions.
• Maintain event calendars, costing sheets, and event documentation.

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Handle social media coordination for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal design/content teams for post scheduling and campaign execution.
• Support marketing campaigns related to exhibitions, project announcements, seminars, and company activities.
• Assist in maintaining marketing databases, customer engagement activities, and event reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing coordination, exhibition management, or event management.
• Mandatory experience in organizing or coordinating international exhibitions/events.
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
• Experience in handling multiple activities simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of social media coordination and marketing activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and coordination tools.
• Experience in B2B, engineering, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
