The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions, working on live projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms
- Create and edit engaging video and visual content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Develop compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Manage video shooting and photography for branding and campaign needs
- Assist in lead generation activities to support business growth
- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing tasks while adhering to deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
- Hands-on skills in video editing and image editing (basic level)
- Strong content writing ability with creativity and clarity
- Comfortable with video shooting and photography
- Exposure to lead generation techniques is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry and services
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹1.20 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives)
