About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage our online reputation and support our visibility across search engines and AI platforms. This role involves handling reviews, improving brand presence across directories, and collaborating with SEO teams on emerging search trends such as AEO and GEO.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage reviews and ratings across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Clutch, DesignRush, and other directories
Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams to improve ratings and customer experience
Work closely with SEO experts to enhance online presence and visibility
Conduct research on AEO and GEO strategies to improve discoverability on AI-driven platforms
Assist in building citations and listings across relevant platforms
Track brand mentions and maintain a positive digital reputation
Requirements
Strong written communication and response handling skills
Good research and analytical abilities
Basic understanding of SEO, ORM, and digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with AI tools, with the ability to use them responsibly and not rely entirely on them
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms
Preferred Skills
Understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile and review management platforms
Interest in emerging trends like Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
