Marketing Executive – Social Media & Content (Personal Brand)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to support the growth of a personal brand across social media platforms. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who understands content, trends, and storytelling, and wants to build a career in social media and personal brand management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule posts (reels, carousels, captions, stories)
• Support in ideating content aligned with the personal brand voice
• Track trends and suggest relevant content ideas
• Coordinate basic content shoots (if required)
• Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and basic performance metrics

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools
• Good writing skills (captions, hooks, storytelling)
• Awareness of social media trends
• Basic video editing skills (reels/short-form content)
• Organized, proactive mindset and high energy
