Marketing Executive(Lead generation) Full Time NEW

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our lead generation and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through multiple platforms, managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and supporting the company’s online branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various online and offline marketing platforms.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, advertisements, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
• Handle social media management and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on leads, reach, and conversions.
• Support branding and promotional activities of the company.
• Maintain marketing databases and track campaign performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Canva, basic designing tools, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
