• Psychiatry consultations

• Therapy and counselling

• De-addiction support

• Mental health education through Serenest Academy

• Digital mental healthcare ecosystem development

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Partner who can help us build Serenest as a trusted mental health brand.

This role is not just about posting content.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of:

• Social media strategy

• Instagram and LinkedIn growth

• Lead generation

• Course marketing for Serenest Academy

• Performance marketing planning

• Brand positioning

• Content calendar

• Campaign ideas

• Website conversion improvement

• Community building

• Collaboration with doctors, psychologists, counsellors, and institutions

Ideal person:

• Understands healthcare, education, or startup marketing

• Can think creatively and execute consistently

• Knows how to build trust-based brands

• Can work with doctors and mental health professionals

• Is comfortable with early-stage startup culture

• Wants to grow with the company long term

This can be a remote/hybrid role.
