Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Head to lead the brand, digital, and offline marketing activities for our Interior & Furniture business. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and managing the complete marketing team and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for Interior Design & Furniture business.

Handle digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and email campaigns.

Plan branding and promotional activities for showroom, projects, and exhibitions.

Generate B2B & B2C leads through online and offline marketing channels.

Coordinate with sales and design teams for campaign execution.

Manage company social media platforms and improve online presence.

Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.

Build relationships with architects, builders, corporates, and channel partners.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Manage marketing agencies, vendors, photographers, and content creators.

Create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and promotional content.

Organize events, exhibitions, launches, and customer engagement activities.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing & Branding

Expertise in Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads & CRM tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Creative thinking and strategic planning ability

Strong understanding of Interior Design / Furniture market trends

Qualification

MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in Interior Design, Furniture, Modular Kitchen, Home Décor, or Retail industry preferred.

Salary : 80K-95K/- Pm
