Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Marketing Intern 48 at PhysioPlus. The intern will support marketing campaigns by assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and gathering customer insights relevant to the physiotherapy sector. Daily tasks include helping draft marketing content, coordinating social media and email activities, and tracking basic campaign metrics under supervision. The intern will also assist the sales and customer success teams with lead follow-up, outreach to clinics and hospitals, and responding to basic customer inquiries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure consistent messaging, support new product initiatives, and contribute ideas to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with physiotherapists, hospitals, and patients.
• Ability to conduct basic Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development with structured insights.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Comfortable working remotely, with good time management, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web) and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Enthusiasm for the healthcare or physiotherapy domain and willingness to learn in a fast-growing startup environment.
