Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Marketing Interns to support our marketing team across three key areas: Creative Marketing, Paid Media Marketing, and Market Research. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in building campaigns, analyzing market trends, and creating impactful marketing content.

Core Responsibilities:

1.) Creative Marketing

• Assist in developing creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and coordinate content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Support the design team in developing marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
• Stay updated on content trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative formats.

2.) Paid Marketing

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Assist with audience research, keyword analysis, and campaign setup.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Help identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

3.)Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct primary research and secondary research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Gather and analyze data from surveys, interviews, online sources, and industry reports.
• Create research summaries, competitor analyses, and market insights presentations.
• Support the development of marketing strategies based on research findings.
• Assist in identifying new market opportunities and customer segments.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
