Marketing Intern/Fresher Full Time NEW

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns & growth hacks for Xoxoday products globally across multiple platforms.
• Develop sales and promotional strategies to meet customer acquisition, revenue, and growth targets.
• Own and improve organic visibility through SEO — including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content strategies that drive qualified traffic.
• Build and optimize for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) by structuring content for AI-powered search engines, featured snippets, and conversational queries.
• Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to scale campaign execution, content production, lead scoring, and reporting.
• Uncover PLG opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs, behaviors, and actions.
• Work closely with creative teams to build a brand experience that customers love.

Skills Required

• Internship experience in running successful B2B growth hacks & marketing.
• Full understanding of the digital marketing function with data-backed experiments.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals — on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword strategy. Exposure to AEO concepts like structured data, schema markup, and optimizing for AI-driven search is a strong plus.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools and automation platforms — think ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Zapier, Make, or similar — for content workflows, data analysis, and campaign automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach using qualitative & quantitative data from heatmaps, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, website CMS platforms, Canva, and AI tools will be a great plus.
• Experience in the SaaS, fintech, or B2B software industry would be a great plus.
• Minimum duration of internship is 3 months. The intern will be hired as a full-time employee based on performance.
• Written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory for this role.
