We provide high-quality mock interviews, personalized feedback, and comprehensive prep modules to help candidates tackle the toughest panels (including BLACKI IIMs). We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern to help us scale our reach, build a strong community of aspirants, and execute viral marketing campaigns.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Intern to take charge of our digital presence and student outreach. You will be working closely with the founding team to brainstorm and deploy viral marketing strategies aimed at MBA aspirants. If you understand student communities, know how to craft a compelling hook, and want to gain hands-on experience building an EdTech brand from the ground up, we want you on the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Viral Marketing & Campaigns: Assist in conceptualizing and executing growth hacks and viral campaigns to acquire users for our MBA mock interview modules.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and grow our presence on platforms where students hang out (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram/WhatsApp groups). Create relatable memes, prep tips, and engaging video content.
• Community Building: Engage with MBA aspirants, respond to queries, and help foster a supportive community around the Zushroom platform.
• Influencer & Campus Outreach: Identify and collaborate with campus ambassadors, study influencers, and student groups across top colleges to promote our platform.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns, gathering insights to figure out what messaging converts best.
