Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure all event details are handled smoothly
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events and increase attendance
- Handle budget tracking and expense management using MS-Excel
- Assist in sourcing and managing event supplies and materials
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs seamlessly
