Role Description

This is a full-time role, fully remote, based in India, for a Marketing Manager specializing in CRM. The Marketing Manager, CRM, will lead the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and loyalty. Responsibilities include designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, managing marketing automation systems, analyzing campaign performance, and deriving actionable insights. The role also involves collaborating across teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives and enhancing the overall customer experience.
