Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager & E-commerce Manager role based in Mumbai. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and grow sales for original artworks and limited-edition prints. The candidate will manage the brand’s e-commerce presence, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and website content updates to ensure a smooth customer journey. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing social media and email marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights. The role will also coordinate with the artist and studio team on product launches, storytelling, and visual content, while maintaining brand consistency and a premium customer experience from discovery to post-purchase support.
Qualifications

• Strong marketing skills across digital channels, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance tracking.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce management, including product listings, catalog management, pricing, and basic merchandising.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems to build, segment, and nurture customer relationships.
• Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to interpret data and improve campaigns and sales funnels.
• Ability to collaborate on visual and written content, working closely with designers, photographers, or the artist to maintain brand aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in art, luxury, design, or lifestyle brands is a plus, along with a genuine interest in contemporary art.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative studio environment on-site in Mumbai.
