At Optiminastic, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who wants more than just another

guiding a team, analyzing performance, and making fast, smart decisions in a dynamic digital

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and
• Meta Ads platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven
• marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization
• strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and
• landing page strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
• Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring performance, accountability, and continuous
• learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing
• opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Prior experience managing or leading a team.
• Experience working with an eCommerce brand.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Genuine interest in social media trends, content, and digital consumer behavior.
• Highly responsible, dependable, and capable of independently managing professional
• commitments.

Good to Have

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience marketing for a SaaS company.
• Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).
