MARKETING MANAGER · PRE-LAUNCH BRIDGE ASSIGNMENT

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Aletra is building a Unified Data Security Platform for cross-border companies operating across complex privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance environments. We are in a critical pre-launch phase and need an experienced, hands-on marketing operator to help establish Aletra’s public-facing foundation before the permanent marketing function scales. This is a short, focused bridge assignment designed to move quickly, create visible market presence, and set up the next phase of marketing execution.
This is not a junior role, agency engagement, or long-term permanent position. It is a strict 2–3 month fixed-term contractor assignment for someone who can build, write, coordinate, ship, and document quickly. The priority is execution, not strategy decks.
DELIVERABLES
0 – 30 Days: Website & Pre-Launch Digital Presence – Highest Priority
Your most important responsibility is to create and launch Aletra’s initial enterprise-grade website and digital presence. You will be expected to:
0 – 90 Days: CONTENT ENGINE & FOUNDER-LED THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
· Aletra is credibility-led, not paid-acquisition-led. We will build trust through substance, not generic marketing language. You must be able to write directly, edit founder drafts, and turn complex ideas into clear, practitioner-grade content for technical and compliance buyers.
· You will own the early content engine, including: Founders & Aletra LinkedIn content, Thought-leadership posts, Regulatory explainers, Long-form B2B content, Buyer education pieces, Category positioning content, and Launch-related messaging.
· The audience includes: CISOs, DPOs, Heads of Compliance, Security Engineering leaders, Founders, CTOs, BFSI, SaaS, fintech, and enterprise technology buyers.
· The tone must be direct, credible, technical enough to earn trust, and never fear-based or superficial.
30 – 60 Days: PRE-LAUNCH VISIBILITY: EVENTS, PODCASTS & SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES
· You will help Aletra identify and organize early visibility opportunities, including:
– Relevant Industry Events, Conferences, & Webinars
– Podcasts – You should be able to lock 1-each relevant podcast for both Founder prior to Launch
– Founder speaking opportunities – 1 Speaking opportunity for each Founder prior to Launch
– Strategic ecosystem appearances – Must be able to book one prior to Launch
– Pre-launch networking opportunities
· The goal is not broad PR. The goal is targeted credibility-building before launch.
· You will maintain a practical calendar of opportunities and help the founders decide where their time is best spent.
0 – 90 Days: LIGHT MARKETING OPERATIONS & HANDOVER DOCUMENTATION
· You will help maintain a consistent brand voice across Website copy, Founder content, Sales collateral, Launch materials, Event descriptions, Email or outreach copy, and Early buyer-facing documents.
· Aletra’s voice should be Enterprise-grade, Clear, Direct, Practitioner-led, Technically credible, Compliance-aware, and Serious without being boring.
· You will not redesign the brand identity. The role is to apply the brand, not recreate it.
· This is not a full marketing-ops buildout role during the bridge period. However, you will help organize the basic working system needed for launch.
· This may include light setup, coordination, or documentation around Airtable or similar content tracker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator workflows, Calendly links, Basic content calendar, Website update tracker, Launch checklist, Founder content workflow and Event and podcast tracker.
· You will prepare a clean handover file so the next permanent marketing hire can understand what was created, what is live, what is pending, and what should happen next.
