We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and creative Marketing MBA Intern to work directly with the Founder of LaBante London, a global leader in sustainable luxury accessories.
This is not a typical internship. It is designed for an MBA-level candidate who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, and high-growth e-commerce.
You will operate as an extension of the Founder’s Office—translating brand vision into measurable marketing outcomes, while gaining exposure to real-time decision-making within a fast-scaling ethical fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Support the Founder and marketing team in refining and executing LaBante London’s global marketing strategy across DTC and B2B channels
Contribute to campaign ideation aligned with revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand positioning
Social Media & Content Strategy
Assist in content planning and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest with a focus on performance and brand storytelling
Analyse engagement metrics and optimise content based on platform algorithms and trends
Email Marketing & CRM (Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
Assist in building and optimising email flows, segmentation strategies, and weekly campaigns
Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion) and recommend data-driven improvements
Growth & Performance Marketing
Support testing of marketing initiatives including influencer campaigns, paid media concepts, and conversion optimisation strategies
Work on improving website conversion rates through insights and experimentation
Influencer, Partnerships & B2B Outreach
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, influencers, and retail opportunities
Assist in outreach, relationship management, and tracking ROI of collaborations
Market Intelligence & Insights
Conduct competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and consumer behaviour research
Present weekly insights and strategic recommendations to the Founder
Founder’s Office Support
Assist in preparing investor decks, buyer presentations, and high-level marketing reports
Support execution of key strategic initiatives and ensure timelines are met
Internship Structure
3 Months : Training and onboarding
From Month 4th : Paid internship (performance-based)
Minimum Commitment: 5 hours per day

Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing / Strategy focus preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and consumer psychology
Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, or analytics platforms is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a refined sense of luxury branding and aesthetics
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
