Marketing Specialist (Digital & AI ) Full Time

VOYE HOMES is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Digital & AI) with experience in SEO, performance marketing, and AI tools.

This is a hands-on role focused on executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and improving traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Run digital marketing campaigns using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Work on SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies
• Optimize website content for search and AI visibility
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
• Track performance using GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Set up conversion and event tracking
• Analyze data to improve ROI and lead quality
• Work on CRO and lead generation workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of digital marketing experienc
• eKnowledge of SEO and performance marketin
• gFamiliarity with AI marketing tool
• sUnderstanding of analytics and tracking tool
• sBasic knowledge of CRO and funnel
• sStrong analytical and problem-solving skill
