Role Description

PayAssured is looking for a Marketing Team Lead to build and lead its marketing and PR function.

The role involves owning digital and offline marketing, brand building and PR. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience leading a marketing team, managing agencies and executing campaigns that drive visibility and generate business leads.

The candidate will work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, content, email campaigns, print and outdoor advertising, events and reputation building. A strong PR network, especially with business media and industry publications, will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and lead PayAssured’s marketing and PR team
• Execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
• Drive offline marketing through print, outdoor advertising and events
• Build brand visibility and generate qualified business leads
• Manage agencies, vendors, media partners and PR contacts
• Build media relationships and secure relevant press coverage
• Track campaign performance and improve ROI
• Bring creative ideas to make PayAssured a recognised B2B recovery brand

Expected Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience leading or managing a marketing team
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and SEO
• Exposure to offline marketing, print campaigns, outdoor ads or events
• Good understanding of brand building, lead generation and reputation management
• Ability to manage teams, agencies and vendors
• Strong communication and execution skills
• Creative, practical and ownership driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• PR or media network with business media, newspapers, magazines or industry publications
• Prior B2B, startup, financial services, legal services or business services experience
• Experience working with agencies, media partners and external vendors at scale
