Role Description

We are seeking a Marketplace Ads Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, you will oversee and optimize advertising campaigns across online marketplace platforms, strategize ad placements to maximize visibility and conversions, and track campaign performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing teams, managing project timelines, analyzing data to measure success, and continually refining strategies to achieve business goals. Your expertise will drive the advertising efforts for our sustainable product offerings, ensuring alignment with our brand values.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey ideas and work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive targeted campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
• Experience in Advertising for online marketplace platforms with the ability to optimize ad performance.
• Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities to measure and improve campaign outcomes.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a relevant field preferred.
