Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketplace Manager to drive the performance of our key marketplace accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenue growth, profitability, and brand presence across platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Flipkart. This role demands strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full P&L responsibility for key marketplace accounts, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.
• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to enhance revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to secure brand visibility, promotional opportunities, and strategic collaborations.
• Strategically plan and optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory levels to maximize sales performance.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, including deals, coupons, and seasonal promotions, to drive sales and brand engagement.
• Ensure adherence to platform policies and guidelines while safeguarding brand integrity and reputation.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations and strategic alignment.
• Continuously monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering growth on online marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and marketplace dashboards.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
