WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

• Build full-funnel strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, and scaling

• Work with Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns

• Analyze campaign data and continuously improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion performance

• Conduct audience research, keyword strategy, and competitor analysis

• Collaborate on landing pages, creatives, and conversion optimization initiatives

• Monitor tracking systems including GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion APIs

• Run A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies

• Prepare clear reports and actionable performance insights

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystem

• Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets

• Understanding of campaign scaling and optimization frameworks

• Familiar with Google Analytics 4, GTM, tracking setup, and attribution

• Strong analytical mindset with performance-driven thinking

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Good communication and reporting skills

Role Description This full-time remote Multi-Channel Marketing Specialist role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and partner channels. The specialist will design and manage multi-channel marketing strategies that may include email, social media, paid media, content marketing, and partner-driven campaigns to support client growth and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing market plans, coordinating with internal teams and channel partners, segmenting audiences, creating campaign briefs, and tracking performance against key metrics. The role involves collaborating closely with sales and account teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and revenue goals, and regularly reporting on campaign insights and recommendations. The specialist will also stay current with digital marketing trends, test new tactics, and contribute ideas to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Multi-Channel Marketing to design, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns.
• Experience working with Channel Partners and sales stakeholders to develop joint programs and co-marketing initiatives.
• Excellent Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Understanding of Sales processes and how marketing supports lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, social media ads, analytics solutions).
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
