[REMOTE] PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for experienced digital marketers who understand how to scale campaigns, optimize performance, and turn advertising data into real business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who already has strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and wants to work in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment with high ownership and growth potential.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Build full-funnel strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, and scaling
• Work with Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns
• Analyze campaign data and continuously improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion performance
• Conduct audience research, keyword strategy, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate on landing pages, creatives, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Monitor tracking systems including GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion APIs
• Run A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
• Prepare clear reports and actionable performance insights
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystem
• Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
• Understanding of campaign scaling and optimization frameworks
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4, GTM, tracking setup, and attribution
• Strong analytical mindset with performance-driven thinking
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good communication and reporting skills
