Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Martech Executive, based in Mumbai. The Martech Executive will manage marketing technology tools, oversee implementation and integration of systems, and support data-driven marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and managing campaigns, optimizing marketing automation workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance customer engagement and ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms, campaign management, and CRM tools operations. Knowledge in Data and Analytics.
- Skills in database management and data-driven decision-making to refine strategies
- Strong project management abilities and experience coordinating across teams
- Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services or NBFCs is a strong advantage
