Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Materials and Logistics Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of production schedules, managing material procurement, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. This role also includes monitoring supply chain performance, collaborating with vendors, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery to meet client commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and knowledge of efficient workflows for operational success.
• Materials Management and Inventory Management expertise to ensure proper sourcing, categorization, and utilization of resources.
• Proficiency in Inventory Control practices for maintaining optimal inventory levels and reducing waste.
• Skills in Logistics Management to oversee the transportation and delivery of materials and products.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to optimize supply chain processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software is preferred.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is an asset.
