We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly proactive Media & Marketing Intern to support our brand growth, digital presence, and field marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative desk work and real-world execution, including travel for content creation, campaigns, and business outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging reels, videos, product shoots, and promotional content
- Capture photos/videos during site visits, events, and campaigns
- Design posters, creatives, and social media assets
- Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ads
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media pages and posting calendars
- Run brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
- Write captions, blogs, and promotional copy
- Increase reach, engagement, and follower growth
Field Marketing & Travel
- Travel across Pune, Mumbai, and Panchgani as and when required for client visits, events, collaborations and shoots
- Support exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and business networking events
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and outreach
Branding & Growth
- Research market trends and competitors
- Coordinate with colleges, influencers, creators, and partners
- Bring creative ideas for growth campaigns
- Assist in execution of startup branding strategies
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign performance and insights
- Maintain reports for travel activities, marketing progress, and leads generated
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with travel and flexible schedules
- Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro or similar tools preferred
- Social media knowledge and content sense
- Creative thinking with execution mindset
- Confident personality and professional behavior
