Role Description The Medical Office Administrator (MBBS) will support the smooth, patient-centered operation of a medical facility in Quezon City. This full-time, on-site role involves managing front-desk activities, coordinating patient appointments, handling registration and documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely updating of medical records. The administrator will assist with clinical coordination, including reviewing documentation, supporting physicians with basic medical administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities include managing phone and in-person inquiries, preparing reports and logs, supporting billing and insurance coordination, and collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to optimize workflows. The role also includes maintaining confidentiality, ensuring high standards of patient service, and actively contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
