Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Medical Representative. The Medical Representative will be responsible for identifying distributors and promoting and selling surgical and non surgical products to medical professionals, maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and providing product information.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to effectively promote healthcare products and reach sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Solid understanding of medical and scientific terminologies, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills for efficient sales and account management.
• Prior experience in medical sales or a related field is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings across south India and industry events as needed.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a passion for healthcare and biotechnology.
