We are looking for experienced and dedicated MEP Supervisors to join our growing team. Our company handles commercial, industrial, and residential projects, and we are expanding our site execution team.

⚡ Electrical Supervisor – Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all electrical works at site
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
• Handle cable laying, panel installation, and testing & commissioning
• Monitor safety practices and quality standards
• Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and other teams
• Track daily progress and report to management

🚿 Plumbing Supervisor – Responsibilities:

• Supervise plumbing and sanitary works at site
• Execute water supply, drainage, and piping systems
• Ensure proper installation as per approved drawings
• Monitor material usage and workmanship quality
• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams

Role Description

Future max Contracting Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time MEP Supervisor for an on-site role based in Chennai. The MEP Supervisor will oversee and manage site activities, ensuring the quality and progress of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works. Responsibilities include coordinating site inspections, managing facility maintenance, supervising plumbing works, and ensuring building maintenance tasks are completed effectively. The role requires efficient communication with project teams and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Site Supervision and Site Inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to timelines
• Experience with Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance to oversee property and infrastructure upkeep
• Expertise in Plumbing and related systems as part of MEP operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards in construction and MEP work
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within construction or electro-mechanical projects is preferred
