Job Description – MES Technical Project Manager

·      Bachelor / Master Degree and related work experience of 6 years of experience in MES.

·      Good understanding of software development ie Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, SQL, HTML, CSS and etc

·      Good experience in web services preferably Restful

·      Good experience in DevOps & Modern Engineering Practices

·      Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub, Azure DevOps

·      Familiarity with automated build, test, and deployment pipelines

·      The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Technical Delivery Manger will play a pivotal role in shaping the definition, and implementation of Stellantis strategical sate of art MES platform

·      Define and implement data integration strategies between MES and ERP Systems. PLC, and any other shop floor systems.

·      Lead or contribute to end-to-end MES implementation projects, from design through deployment.

·      Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, manufacturing, and external partners.

·      Provide expert-level guidance on MES configuration, customization, and integration.

·      Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives

·      Collaborate with internal customers to understand discrete manufacturing processes, production goals, and operational challenges.

·      Conduct manufacturing process assessments and gap analysis to identify opportunities for MES integration and optimization.

·      Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT-enabled manufacturing, AI-based predictive maintenance, and digital twins.

·      Translate manufacturing workflows and business objectives into actionable MES architecture and solution designs.

·      Configure, customize, and develop MES applications based on functional specifications and business requirements.

·      Wide Experience in IT Hardware equipment’s like Scanners, Barcode printers, fixed readers, Network adopters, Wi-Fi devices and computer peripherals

·      Define Project plan/ Project Schedule/ WBS Tracking for approved connectivity program

·      Supporting End-to-End delivery with project planning & execution

·      Responsible for the management of scope, time and schedule

·      Support MES installations, upgrades, and production deployments.

·      Defines the Industrial Digitalization priorities and objectives, leading to maximize the Customer Satisfaction and improve the overall operation efficiency on the plant, process development, engineering development, industrial project development.

·      Provides technical knowledge, system design techniques, methodologies, tools, and standards applied in the IT and business environment. Lead the implementation of the MES platform, ensuring our customers achieve peak operational efficiency through seamless integration and expert solution design.

·       Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to enable scalable, compliant, agility, optimized production systems and sustained operational excellence.
