Role Description

JMD Realty is seeking a Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in artificial intelligence (AI) to join our team. This full-time and remote role involves managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, implementing effective digital marketing strategies, analyzing web traffic and advertising metrics, creating engaging content for online marketing, and leveraging AI technologies to improve campaign performance. The specialist will collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and leveraging tools for audience engagement
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and implementing comprehensive campaigns
• Strong skills in Web Analytics for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and creating compelling messaging
• Familiarity with AI technologies in digital marketing to enhance campaign efficiencies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
