Role Overview
Maxima — parent company of Pro Standard — is hiring a hands-on Meta Specialist to be the daily build and test layer of our paid program. You’ll spend most of your day inside Meta Ads Manager — building campaigns, refining audiences, managing creative variants, optimizing catalog ads, and monitoring performance. Your Manager directs the work; you execute it with speed and precision.
Working Hours Detail
This role works standard IST daytime hours. You’ll partner with your Manager (also in India), and your work is reviewed and routed to the US-based Director by your Manager — not directly by you. No US night shifts required.
What You’ll Own
• Daily campaign builds in Meta Ads Manager — taking direction from the Manager, executing the build, getting it ready for QA.
• Audience testing and refinement — lookalikes, interest-based, custom audiences, broad audiences. You know which to test when.
• Creative variant management — working with AI-generated variants, organizing them by angle, queueing rotation.
• Catalog ads and Dynamic Product Ads — especially for our priority styles and seasonal collections.
• Pixel and Conversion API health monitoring — flagging issues early.
• Daily QA on your own builds before sending to the Manager — catch your own mistakes first.
• Reporting on what shipped each day and what’s queued for tomorrow.
Mindset for the Role
This role is about speed, precision, and curiosity on platform. We’re looking for someone who:
• Loves being in Meta Ads Manager every day and knows it deeply.
• Catches small things — pixel mismatches, broken UTMs, audiences targeting the wrong list — before they ship.
• Stays current on Meta platform updates (the platform ships changes weekly and the team that wins is the team that adapts fastest).
• Tests systematically, documents results, and applies learning to the next build.
• Asks good questions when the brief isn’t clear instead of guessing.
• Owns mistakes when they happen and applies the fix.
Working With AI
Maxima uses AI tools to generate ad creative variants, audience suggestions, and campaign structures. Your role is to assemble those outputs in the platform, validate them, and ship clean work. We’re looking for someone who treats AI as a teammate that surfaces options, and who applies their own judgment on what to actually run.
Required Experience
• 2-4 years in paid media with a Meta specialization.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager daily.
• Strong written English.
• Comfortable with AI tools producing variants — you assemble + validate.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of clean builds.
Nice to Have
• Apparel, sports, DTC, or licensed-goods category exposure.
• Catalog ads or Dynamic Product Ads deep expertise.
• Conversion API or server-side tracking experience.
Why This Role Matters
The volume of paid work — creative variants, audience tests, daily builds — is what scales the program. Without dedicated hands at this layer, the Manager becomes the bottleneck and the program slows. This role keeps the engine moving.
