Job Title: MIM Administrator (Microsoft Identity Manager)

Location: Pune, Gandhinagar, Gurgaon/Delhi NCR, and Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a MIM Administrator to manage and support identity and access management systems using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). The role involves handling user provisioning, synchronization, and ensuring secure access to systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment

Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests

Monitor identity synchronization between systems (e.g., AD, HR systems)

Troubleshoot and resolve MIM-related issues

Maintain workflows, rules, and policies in MIM

Ensure data accuracy and security compliance

Perform regular system health checks and reporting

Collaborate with IT and security teams for access management

Required Skills:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)

Understanding of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP

Experience with user lifecycle management

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting (preferred)

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) or MIM

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID

Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards
