Role Overview

We are looking for an MIS Executive / Data Analyst who can manage large datasets, build insightful reports and dashboards, and support management with meaningful business analysis.

This is an Executive-level position. We are looking for hands-on professionals who enjoy working closely with data and business teams. Candidates seeking Manager-level roles may not find this position aligned with their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Generate periodic management reports and business review presentations.
• Work closely with sales, operations, supply chain, and management teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
• Translate raw data into actionable recommendations for business decision-making.
• Monitor key business metrics and highlight exceptions or risks proactively.

Desired Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience working in a Consumer Products / FMCG / Retail / D2C company.
• Strong expertise in:
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Google Sheets
• Power BI
• SQL
• Proven experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business operations and commercial metrics.
• Ability to convert business requirements into meaningful reports and insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Profile

• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Young, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven individual who enjoys solving business problems using data.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
