Job Description
Leadership / Team Management Responsibility:
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support transformation initiatives focused on process automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams for issue resolution and enhancements
- Contribute to process standardization and knowledge management

Essential Experience:
- Strong experience in ERP LN application support and business process understanding
- Expertise in ERP LN modules such as:
- Manufacturing
- Logistics
- Procurement
- Warehouse Management
- Order Management
- Finance (Major understanding)
- Experience in:
- Incident management
- Service requests
- Problem management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Change management support
- Hands-on experience in:
- ERP LN configurations
- Functional troubleshooting
- User support and issue resolution
- Good understanding of:
- Must have Finance functional process knowledge and understand financial accounting entries.
- Must have good hands-on knowledge and presently working on Infor LN/ BaaN ERP
- Must have good knowledge of all Finance Modules ACP, ACR, GLD, FAM and CMG etc. including Mapping Scheme & Integration transactions.
- Interfaces
- Web services
- Third-party integrations
- Experience supporting ERP applications in:
- Automotive industry
- Manufacturing / Discrete Manufacturing environments
- Ability to:
- Analyze business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams for implementation and fixes
- Exposure to:
- ServiceNow
- SAP integration
- Reporting tools
- Automation initiatives
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant ERP LN functional/support experience

- Exposure to ERP LN Finance or Manufacturing modules
- Experience in operational support environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA-driven support models
- Understanding of COLO migration / infrastructure transition projects
