Motion Graphics Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore.

In this role, you will create engaging motion graphics, social media videos, product explainers, performance marketing creatives, and brand storytelling content that help communicate complex AI and marketing concepts in a simple and visually appealing way.

You will work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to bring ideas to life and contribute to building a strong and innovative brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Create motion graphics, animations, reels, short-form videos, and marketing creatives for digital platforms

Design engaging visual content for social media, website, product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives

Assist in developing product explainer videos and platform demo content

Create smooth transitions, animations, and UI motion graphics for digital experiences

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories

Edit videos and optimize content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

Stay updated on motion design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or Visual Design

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Basic understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and storytelling

Experience creating social media videos, marketing creatives, or branded content

Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good communication and collaboration skills

Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, video edits, or creative projects

Good to Have

Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools

Exposure to AI creative tools and workflows

Experience working with startups, digital marketing teams, or creative agencies
