WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

* Set up, run, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

* Monitor and improve key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate

* Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager

* Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages)

* Work on improving funnels and overall conversion performance

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Multi-Channel Acquisition Strategist. The strategist will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data, creating and managing campaigns across multiple channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. Performance tracking and reporting, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), and staying ahead of industry trends will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Multi-Channel Marketing, Campaign Management, and Customer Acquisition Strategies
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Reporting
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Paid Media, and Social Media Marketing
• Excellent skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, PPC platforms, and CRM software is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred
