Develop and implement neighborhood-level marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
Build relationships with local influencers, resident welfare associations (RWAs), schools, gyms, corporates, and community leaders.
Plan and execute health camps, awareness talks, and wellness drives in residential complexes and public spaces.
Identify and leverage local festivals, fairs, and cultural events for brand visibility.

Partnerships & Networking

Collaborate with pharmacies, clinics, gyms, and wellness centers for referral programs.
Forge partnerships with local businesses and organizations to create cross-promotional opportunities.
Maintain strong connections with RWAs and corporates for recurring health check-up tie-ups.

Brand Visibility & Marketing Collateral

Ensure branding presence in neighborhood hotspots (clinics, diagnostic centers, schools, retail outlets).
Distribute marketing material (brochures, standees, banners) in high-traffic areas.
Coordinate with the central marketing team for campaigns and creatives tailored to local needs.

Events & Activations

Organize small-scale health talks, screenings, and awareness drives.
Support hospital-organized mega events by mobilizing local participation.
Measure the success of activations through footfall, inquiries, and conversions.

Digital & Feedback Loop

Support local-level digital campaigns (WhatsApp groups, community forums, local influencers).
Collect community feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Track and report leads generated through neighborhood activities and ensure follow-up with the hospital’s front office/CRM team.

Qualifications

Science Graduate with MBA in Marketing or Hospital Administration
