Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in network implementation, provisioning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routing protocols.
• Manage and support LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
• Implement, provision, and migrate network solutions.
• Work with Load Balancers, including F5 LTM modules.
• Monitor network infrastructure using SolarWinds.
• Handle Incident, Service Request, and Change Management activities.
• Analyze network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with network architects and cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on operational and business requirements.
• Provide support in a 24×7 ITIL-based operational environment.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of F5 Load Balancers (LTM).
• Experience with SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of networking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
