Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer for remote support specializing in maintaining and enhancing our global network infrastructure. This role involves comprehensive support including monitoring, managing network technologies, and planning maintenance activities to ensure optimum performance. The ideal candidate will contribute to the setup and configuration of new office network infrastructure and play a crucial role in troubleshooting and documentation, offering a unique opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic, 24×7 environment.

This is Gurugram onsite role. Shift timings 10:00am – 6:30pm with flexibility to work shifts to cover 24×7 support. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for global network infrastructure including monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
• Plan and execute network maintenance activities.
• Manage core network technologies and support services.
• Lead network infrastructure setup for new office locations.
• Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting, ensuring timely issue remediation.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, and VPNs.
• Solid understanding of network monitoring and infrastructure principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a 24×7 remote operation setting.

Domain Experience:

• 3-5+ years in supporting network infrastructure in a global enterprise environment.
• Experience with IT operations management (ITOM) software for network device and application monitoring.

This position requires a candidate with a flexible schedule to cover shifts in a 24×7 operation and reliable internet for remote work. Preference will be given to local candidates in Gurugram due to onsite requirements.
