Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Network SME with strong expertise in enterprise WAN, SDWAN, Routing & Switching, Security (Firewall), and Network Operations.

Network & Security Expertise

• SME level understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, WAN technologies, and security
• Network design, deployment, migration, and operational support experience
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Network Equipment, Software, Transport Systems, and Cabling Infrastructure
• Perform IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes) activities
• Support protocols under Technical Architecture & Product Standards
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, routing, and operational issues
• Ability to independently handle production incidents, RCA, and bridge calls
• Good understanding of ITIL Framework and Service Management processes
• Candidate should be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts. Lead the technical bridges for all major incidents
• Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
• Monitor ‘open’ tickets

Firewall & Security Technologies

• Fortigate – Palo Alto
• Cisco ASA
• Firewall Policy Configuration – Firewall Policy Audits
• Perimeter Security Troubleshooting – VPN Technologies

Cloud Networking

• Azure ExpressRoute – VPN Gateways
• Cloud Firewall Integration – Hybrid Connectivity

WAN Optimization & Monitoring

• Riverbed WAN Optimization – Cisco WAAS
• Zabbix Monitoring – SolarWinds Monitoring

Automation & Operations

• Python Scripting – Ansible Automation
• Code Upgrades & Management Systems Maintenance – Operational Support
• RCA, Fault Diagnosis, Problem Management – Stakeholder Management
