Key Responsibilities

• Web Hosting & Domain Management
•  Manage domain hosting using platforms like cPanel
•  Configure DNS, SSL certificates, and domain records
•  Handle website deployments and hosting-related troubleshooting

2. Cloud & Web Applications

•   Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (especially Azure Web Apps)
•   Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and uptime
•   Ensure scalability and security of hosted applications

3. API Integration & Communication Services

•   Integrate and manage SMS, Email, and WhatsApp APIs via MSG91
•   Configure templates and ensure message delivery compliance
•   Troubleshoot API-related issues

4. Regulatory Compliance for Messaging

•   Manage SMS compliance through Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Platform India
•   Register headers, templates, and ensure TRAI compliance

5. Payment Gateway Integration

•   Implement and maintain payment gateway solutions using Razorpay
•   Monitor transactions and resolve integration issues

6. File Storage & Data Management

•   Set up and maintain NAS or FTP servers
•   Manage access control, backups, and data security
•   Monitor storage usage and performance

7. Database Hosting & Management

•   Install, configure, and maintain database servers
•   Ensure database availability, security, and backups
•   Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues

8. Network Infrastructure

•   Configure and maintain routers, switches, and ISP connections
•   Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
•   Ensure network security and uptime

9. IT Support & Hardware Troubleshooting

•   Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, and peripherals
•   Perform hardware upgrades and replacements
•   Provide end-user technical support

10. System & Software Installation

•   Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux)
•   Deploy and maintain required software applications
•   Ensure system updates, patches, and security compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

•   Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
•   Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
•   Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
•   Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
•   Familiarity with hosting environments and control panels
•   Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
•   Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, MSSQL, etc.)
•   Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

•   1.5+ years of experience
•   Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
•   Certifications like CCNA, Azure Administrator, etc.
