Location: Patto, Panjim Goa
Looking to start your career in IT and networking? Join us as a Network-IT Intern and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, system installation, and IT support.

Your day to day:
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Install Windows/Linux OS, drivers, and applications
- Configure emails and fix email app issues
- Work with routers, Wi-Fi access points, LAN/WAN/MAN networks
- Basic setup and troubleshooting of PBX systems
- Configure DVRs, NVRs, printers, and AV systems
- Handle database installation, backup, and restore
- Learn networking basics like DHCP, DNS, RJ45 crimping, patch panels, etc.
- Troubleshoot Windows 7/8/10/11 and Linux systems
- Maintain inventory and daily reports
Skills we’re looking for:
- Basic understanding of networking and network security
- Familiar with routing, switching, and firewalls (FortiGate is a bonus)
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Good communication skills
- Basic experience with network monitoring tools
- Knowledge of printers, media converters, and AV systems
