Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Officer at our Delhi, India location. The Network Officer will be responsible for managing the hospital network for our TPA. The profile includes working with hospitals to keep all the hospital documentation including SOC updated. Adding hospitals to the network including PPN, GIC and Direct Empanelment with negotiated tariffs and getting the same updated in the system. Working with hospitals for timely submission of claim files and query files. Running analysis on addition of hospitals, additional negotiations etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in working with and dealing with multiple hospitals across India
- Strong MIS and Analytical skills
- Proficient in dealing with Multiple people and communicating with diverse people
- Ability to conduct Research and analyze data effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and handle client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related filed is a plus
