NOC Engineer (Admin) Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled NOC Engineer (Admin) to monitor, maintain, and support cloud and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS, Linux administration, database basics, and cloud operations with strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments to ensure high availability.
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS and Azure cloud resources.
• Perform Linux server administration, patching, user management, and system health checks.
• Support PostgreSQL and SQL database operations including backups and basic query troubleshooting.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures.
• Configure and monitor AWS storage services such as S3 and EBS.
• Maintain security best practices in AWS environments including IAM policies and access controls.
• Coordinate with application, network, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in shift rotations and provide 24×7 support when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and system administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate
• Linux Administration Certifications
