We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Network Operations Engineer – Lead to manage and support both internal NOC infrastructure and customer enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.

• Ensure continuous monitoring and operational health of Cisco Servers, Cisco Switches, Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Proxmox Hypervisor, Windows Servers, ManageEngine OpManager, and AI-driven eNOC platform.

• Handle critical incidents, escalations, RCA, and problem management.

• Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence.

• Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, vendors, and customer IT teams.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, escalation procedures, and operational documentation.

• Drive operational improvements and service optimization.

• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and customer reviews.

• Participate in preventive maintenance and health assessment activities.

• Improve monitoring standards, alert tuning, and escalation handling.

AI & Automation Focus

• Work on AI-driven NOC transformation initiatives through eNOC with AI.

• Explore automation opportunities for monitoring and incident response.

• Collaborate on predictive monitoring and intelligent alerting solutions.

• Candidate must be passionate about learning AI Operations (AIOps), automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in NOC Operations, Managed Services, Enterprise Infrastructure Support, and Datacenter Operations.

• Strong understanding of Routing & Switching, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, WAN Technologies, and Wireless Infrastructure.

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco Meraki.

• Experience with VMware vSphere & vCenter, Nutanix, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.

• Windows Server and Linux Administration skills.

• Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of scripting/automation: Python, PowerShell, Bash.

• Exposure to AI-based monitoring solutions.

• Understanding of cloud platforms is an added advantage.

• ITIL process understanding preferred.
